The Business Health Module integrates key data from all business functions into a single accurate view. Key features are as follows:

Part A - Financial Analysis, Diagnosis and Solutions
The first Part, Financial Analysis, Diagnosis and Solutions takes the financial data you have entered and analyses it to produce a Performance Assessment. MVA then diagnoses where problems are and provides you with solutions to those problems using Opportunities for Improvement.
Performance Assessment
· Analysis is real time based on your business' data previously entered
· MVA performs sophisticated financial analysis on your business' data by comparing that data with benchmarks based on "world best practice", industry data or benchmarks specifically designed for you and your business.

Improvement Process

Part B - Organisational Improvement
The second part, Organisational Improvement takes the financial data and other data you have entered and analyses it to produce an analysis of your business from an organizational perspective as follows:
